• Speaking of Microsoft, the company is offering a masterclass series on Viva Engage over the coming weeks. It’s worth checking out if you need an introduction or want to improve your Viva Engage skills.

• “US employee engagement sinks to a 10-year low,” says Gallup in the latest edition of its annual employee engagement survey. This survey has its pros/cons, but there are some data points worth checking out.

• Workvivo will host a session on Jan. 22 on building a better employee listening strategy. Even for the most experienced comms pros, getting a good read on what is on employees’ minds can be challenging, so this could be worth a look.
