• Only 19% of associates trust their CEO to tell the truth about the organization according to Edelman’s latest Trust Barometer survey focused on the workplace. As usual with this report, lots of good points about how employees trust managers and some new data on the impact of transformation, AI, and economic optimism. If you’re ever in a conversation about whether a one-time message from a leader will have the intended effect, this survey has plenty of data to back up the need for sustained, consistent messaging.
